Towels (supply 2 x week), bed and table linens (supply 1 x week), Free Internet-Wireless, electricity, gas, heating, hot water, safety deposit box, final cleanings, VAT 10%.

Upon advance request and subject to availability, you can use our city bikes, to be collected and returned to our "Residence Alle Palme" house.

Other facilities at free disposal of our guests: deposit for bike and Sup and windsurfing board, washing machine , on request: dryer, iron and ironing board.

On advanced request and subject to availability: DVD-player, Audio Station for Mobiles/IPhone/IPod, baby bed with linens and highchair.

Services Non included

City Tax, €1,50 per night per person (applicable on the first 10 nights, excluded children under 14 years)

1 uncovered parking per apartment is available upon request and an extra charge of € 10.00 per day is requested. (maximum 1 parking space per apartment).

In our parking lot you will find a station for recharging electric cars.

Air condition is available upn request with an extra charge of € 12,00 per night.

Check-in from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m.

Check.out 9 a.m.

A caution is requested upon arrival.

Pets allowed only upon previous request, maximum 1 pet per apartment, extra charge euro 18,00 per night.

In cases of early departure the total price will be calculated.

An earnest money (CAPARRA CONFIRMATORIA) of 33% of the total amount is requested upon reservation
In the event of cancellation or amendment:

-The terms and conditions for free cancellation are set at the time of booking: 7, 14 or 30 days.

-Cancellations or subsequent amendments: Penalty the total amount

-In the event of non arrival (no-show): Penalty the total amount
